Reporting a puzzle or technical issue
Please include the puzzle date or page link, what you expected, and what actually happened. For a technical problem, your device, browser, and the steps that caused it are useful. Screenshots are welcome, but remove any private information first.
Do not send passwords, payment information, or unrelated personal data. You do not need to share your entire browser storage to report a problem.
Need a quick answer?
The Help & FAQ covers controls, hints, and saving. The weekly guide explains collecting and arranging fragments. Progress is stored in your browser, not in a ClueRoll account; email support cannot restore a local save that has been deleted.

Use the same email for accessibility feedback, content or copyright concerns, privacy requests, and collaboration enquiries. Include relevant links and enough detail to understand your request. This is an email contact channel, not a live chat; no specific response time is promised.
